Last updated: April 29, 2026
1. Parties & Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and WGET, a company registered in Morocco under R.C. 174655, operating the FreeScout Installation Service at freescout-installation.com ("Service").
By placing an order or using our Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description

- SSL certificate configuration via Let's Encrypt
- DNS and domain configuration
- Email system configuration (IMAP/SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- Mailbox and user account setup
- Security hardening of the server and application
- FreeScout module installation and configuration
- Custom branding (Pro and Ultimate plans)
- A one-hour onboarding call
- 30 days of post-installation support via email
The exact scope of each package is detailed on our pricing page.
3. Client Obligations
To enable delivery of the Service, the Client must provide:
- A VPS or dedicated server running Ubuntu 20.04, Ubuntu 22.04, or Debian 11/12 with a minimum of 1GB RAM
- Root SSH access or a user with sudo privileges
- A domain name with the ability to update DNS records
- A valid email address for communication and onboarding
WGET is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver the Service caused by the Client's failure to provide the above.
4. Payment
All payments are processed securely through PayPal. Prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are one-time fees — there are no recurring charges.
Payment is due at the time of order. Service delivery commences upon receipt of confirmed payment. WGET reserves the right to modify prices at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
5. Delivery Timeline
We aim to complete all installations within 24 hours of payment confirmation and receipt of required access credentials. This timeline is a target, not a guarantee, and may be affected by factors outside our control (server issues, DNS propagation, third-party service delays).
We will communicate any delays promptly via email.
6. Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund if:
- We are unable to complete the installation for technical reasons attributable to WGET
- The Client requests a refund within 7 days of payment and no work has commenced
Refunds are not available once installation work has begun and the Client has provided server access. Partial refunds may be considered at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.
To request a refund, contact us at contact@freescout-installation.com.
7. Post-Installation Support
Each plan includes 30 days of email support following completion of the installation. Support covers issues directly related to the FreeScout installation performed by WGET. It does not include:
- Support for third-party modules not installed by WGET
- Issues caused by Client modifications to the server or application after handover
- General Linux or server administration training
- Issues caused by the Client's hosting provider
8. Intellectual Property
FreeScout is an open-source project licensed under the AGPL-3.0 licence. WGET does not claim any ownership of FreeScout or its components. Our Service consists solely of professional configuration and installation work.
Any custom scripts, configuration files, or tools developed by WGET during the engagement remain the property of WGET unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WGET's total liability to the Client for any claim arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
WGET is not liable for:
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Issues arising from the Client's hosting provider or third-party services
- Security incidents caused by the Client's own actions after handover
10. Data Protection
WGET processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Service, you consent to the processing described therein.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Rabat, Morocco.
12. Modifications
WGET reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
